Quickoffice Advances Android and iPad Applications, Establishes New Partnerships Geared to Mobile Enterprise, in Q4 2011

Quickoffice Pro HD, along with Quickoffice’s family of cross-platform mobile office applications, is now distributed on over 400 million devices, and has captured over 16 million new registered users in 2011, propelling the company to its strongest revenue year to-date.
Quickoffice continued to advance its technical position with new software updates. Quickoffice released Android 5.0,offering support for Office 2010, and a new, more integrated user interface for Quickoffice Pro and Quickoffice Pro HD, streamlining the experience across Android smartphone and tablet devices and compatible with Honeycomb ( and prior) operating systems,. Quickoffice also enhanced the editing features and brought new cloud integration and social publishing capabilities to Android users. On the iPad, Quickoffice released new usability enhancements and addressed the growing enterprise market through integration with SharePlus. This empowers mobile workers to seamlessly edit and save Office files back to their SharePoint Document Library, eliminating confusion over duplicate files stored in multiple locations.
Quickoffice continued its push into the enterprise market announcing new partnerships with enterprise file management and file sharing partners, Egnyte and Alfresco. These partnerships allow users to instantly share documents and files enhancing productivity and workflow.
Quickoffice earned industry accolades for its superior application development efforts, winning the Tech Awards Circle and the Mobile Excellence Awards.
